Adoption
Adopting a Rescued Animal From Vietnam
When COVID began, all potential adoptions became impossible as Vietnam’s borders closed. That also meant we were unable to take in any new animals the past 2 years.
An animal rescue shelter cannot be sustainable without a balance of both inflow and outflow of animals. With no current outflow, we need to have enough funding to cover the costs of every single animals’ care until they find a home.
Our job as animal rescuers is to make sure the animals are safe and loved, even after they leave our shelter.
This is why we have strict standards for our adoptions!
Until we are able to find them a safe and loving home, we need to ensure their well-being and pay for their daily food, water, shelter, medications, veterinary treatments, surgeries, check-ups, beds, blankets, toys, snacks, and 24/7 on-site human caretakers.
We need your help to do that!
Will you help save a rescued animal by sponsoring their care until adoption?

Our cats are available for adoption within Vietnam for indoor homes only in cities in which they have access to international vet clinics. This includes Saigon, Hanoi, and Da Nang or communities very close to them.
Cat theft is rampant in Vietnam and traffic accidents are extremely common as well. Responsible pet ownership means keeping cats safe indoors.

Dogs are currently only available for adoption in cities in which they have access to international vet clinics. This includes Saigon, Hanoi, and Da Nang or communities very close to them.
Dogs must be allowed to live inside and have access to a securely fenced garden where they can go when owners are home and in daytime hours. Dog theft is a huge problem in Vietnam and we do not allow our dogs to go to homes where owners do not understand the seriousness of this. Dogs must also be walked on a leash at all times.
This is unfortunately not optional in Vietnam.
